Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Tripstack Nigeria, a platform managed and owned by GYLE Technologies Ltd.
The platform
Tripstack Nigeria helps customers request private transport and helps approved operators offer suitable vehicles for planned group journeys. A request, quote or dashboard estimate is not a promise of availability until a booking is confirmed.
Accounts and accurate information
You must provide accurate, current information and keep account access secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for ensuring that details supplied for a journey, vehicle or driver are complete and lawful.
Customers and bookings
Customers request the whole vehicle for their group. Before confirming a booking, review the selected vehicle, route, journey time, quoted price and any stated conditions. A confirmed booking is subject to the cancellation policy published by Tripstack Nigeria.
Operators, vehicles and drivers
Operators must submit truthful ownership, vehicle and driver information and keep every document current. A vehicle or driver may only be offered when approved by Tripstack. Operators remain responsible for lawful operation, safety, insurance, licences and roadworthiness.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, upload misleading documents, interfere with another user, bypass verification, manipulate reviews or use Tripstack Nigeria for an unlawful purpose. We may restrict access where this is needed to protect users, the platform or legal obligations.
Reviews and feedback
Reviews must reflect a genuine completed journey and must not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading content. Tripstack may remove content that breaches these terms or undermines platform trust and safety.
Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after publication of an updated version means you accept it. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
